By accessing and using this website you accept these Terms of Use in full. The processing of personal data is not governed by these Terms but by our Privacy Policy; wherever your choice is required, we ask for it separately.

2. Purpose of the website and informational nature

This website is primarily informational. Its purpose is to present the capabilities of the Neksus ERP business system, its modules, the fiscalization, POS and AI OCR solutions, and to allow you to request a presentation or send an enquiry. Use of the Neksus ERP software itself is governed by a separate licence and software services agreement (including the SLA) concluded between COMMIT d.o.o. and the customer. These Terms do not replace that agreement, the service level agreement or the data processing agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The content published on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, software and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights belonging to COMMIT d.o.o. or the respective rights holders. The names and logos of other companies shown as references belong to their owners and are displayed solely to present our cooperation. Unauthorised copying, distribution or modification of the content without prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Limitation of liability

COMMIT d.o.o. makes every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, the information is provided "as is", without any warranty that it fully applies to your specific business processes before a formal analysis and offer have been prepared.

5. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on this website, with the date of the update shown above.

6. Governing law and disputes

Any dispute arising from the use of this website is governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with jurisdiction of the competent court in Banja Luka. This provision does not limit the rights you have under mandatory law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data protection authority.
